This recognition reflects United Bank’s commitment to fostering an engaging and rewarding workplace culture. “We believe having a sense of purpose, a collaborative attitude, good communication and a deep commitment to the bank are the keys to building relationships among each other and in our Northwest Arkansas communities,” said Nathan Gairhan, United Bank President & CEO.  To establish if a company is worthy of this prestigious recognition, Workforce Research Group in partnership with Arkansas Business administers an in-depth questionnaire to the employer and an anonymous employee survey. The feedback provided about the workplace is used to determine and rank the list of honorees. To be eligible for consideration, organizations must: - Be a publicly or privately held business - Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business or government entity - Have a facility in the state of Arkansas - Have a minimum of 15 full-time or part-time employees working in Arkansas - Must be in business a minimum of one year We look forward to being recognized along with the other 49 honorees at the awards ceremony hosted by Arkansas Business in Little Rock on September 12.
