For the second year in a row, United Bank has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Arkansas!

To establish if a company is worthy of this prestigious recognition, Workforce Research Group in partnership with Arkansas Business administers an in-depth questionnaire to the employer and an anonymous employee survey. The feedback provided about the workplace is used to determine and rank the list of honorees.
To be eligible for consideration, organizations must:
- Be a publicly or privately held business
- Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business or government entity
- Have a facility in the state of Arkansas
- Have a minimum of 15 full-time or part-time employees working in Arkansas
- Must be in business a minimum of one year
