United Bank is proud to announce the addition of Kyle Cupp, Vice President, Business Development Officer, to the United Bank team. With over 15 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, Cupp brings a knowledge and passion for cultivating meaningful relationships that will significantly enhance United Bank’s efforts to serve the Northwest Arkansas community.
Throughout his diverse career, Cupp has successfully led marketing and sales teams, managed a large portfolio of financial institutions for a fintech firm, led a development team for a local cancer non-profit, and partnered with his wife in a thriving real estate and investment business. Cupp is also a recipient of the prestigious NWA Business Journal Forty Under 40 award in 2022, a testament to his outstanding contributions to the business community.

Cupp holds an MBA from William Woods University and a BSBA in Management from Missouri Southern State University. Having previously served on the board of Hope Cancer Resources, Cupp looks forward to continuing to give back to the community.
Beyond his professional success, Cupp is an active lifestyle enthusiast, and is also a Registered Yoga Teacher, incorporating physical well-being into his daily life. Married for 15 years to his wife, Amanda, Cupp enjoys exploring new parts of the world, with the Amalfi Coast in southern Italy being a favorite destination.
