Kasasa® Qualifications Temporary Change Extended

Dear Kasasa® account holder,

In response to the disruptive nature of the COVID-19 virus and the impact that it may have on you, we have decided to extend the following actions on your Kasasa® Checking account to provide you with some financial assistance for the timeframes documented below:

Changes To Your Account Qualifications:

  • Be enrolled in and agree to receive e-statements  - Continues
  • Be enrolled in and log into online banking  - Continues
  • 10 Debit Card purchases  - Waived for the timeframes below

Applicable Cycle Period Timeframes:

  • Qualification Cycle period beginning April 14, 2020, and ending May 11, 2020
  • Qualification Cycle period beginning May 12, 2020, and ending June 8, 2020

Truth In Savings Act (TISA) Disclosures:

All other aspects of your Truth In Savings Act disclosures remain in place. Upon the conclusion of the documented timeframes above, the account’s original qualifications and all other terms associated with your account will apply from that point on.

While we know these changes are small and are only for a limited time, we hope they help ease some of the financial burdens that this unprecedented pandemic may have caused you and/or your family.
