To our valued customers,
COVID-19 is disrupting every facet of life worldwide, and my heart and best wishes go out to all those who have been affected. In this time of global uncertainty, we remain resolute in helping customers who are unsure what this means for themselves, their families, or their business.
Life isn’t stopping, neither are we.
We understand the important role that we play in people’s personal lives, in the community and the economy. In short: we’re available and open to meet your financial needs.
Bank at a (social) distance.
For the safety of our team members and customers, we strongly encourage you to do your banking remotely. You can use our Online and Mobile Banking for many of your needs.
Log in to Online Banking, or use our Mobile App to pay bills, deposit a check by simply taking a picture. If you need to visit us in person, rest assured that we are following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to keep everyone safe. All branches have drive-thru service and by-appointment visits for our lobbies.
There are resources for you.
You can find the most current information about United Bank and COVID-19 by visiting our website. Please also be aware that cyber fraud may be on the rise and protect yourself from Coronavirus related scams.
We’ll get through this together.
While the current pandemic circumstances are unique to everyone experiencing it right now, we as a global society have been through—and survived—various extended periods of uncertainty and challenge throughout history. And we will do it again.
As a Bank, we too have weathered a variety of storms over the past 42 years, and we’re prepared to meet the financial needs of our customers through this latest one.
With that being said, if you are experiencing hardships related to COVID-19, we encourage you to reach out to discuss what we can do for you. Please contact us to speak about your deposit, lending, or business needs.
We’re stronger as a community.
I’m proud of the quick decisions our team has made to help our customers, communities, and each other. I speak for all of our United Bank employees when I tell you this: we’re here to serve, we’re here to help, and you can count on us today, tomorrow, and well into the future.
Stay healthy, stay safe, and may God bless you and your family.
