United Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Robert Gaffigan as Vice President, Commercial Lender, bringing nearly 20 years of commercial banking and financial leadership experience to the bank’s lending team.
Gaffigan has extensive expertise in commercial lending, portfolio management, financial analysis, and relationship development. Over the course of his career, he has successfully driven loan growth, managed multimillion-dollar portfolios, and partnered with business owners across a wide range of industries to deliver financial solutions tailored to their needs.

Gaffigan earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from John Brown University and has spent much of his career serving Northwest Arkansas communities.
Actively involved in the community, Gaffigan attends First Baptist Church Rogers and volunteers with the United Way Golf Tournament Committee. He enjoys spending time outdoors camping and canoeing, as well as playing cornhole and golf. An avid sports fan, he cheers on the Green Bay Packers, Notre Dame, the Chicago Cubs, and the Arkansas Razorbacks. He and his wife have two children.
As Vice President, Commercial Lender, Gaffigan will focus on building strong relationships with business clients, providing tailored lending solutions, and supporting economic growth in Rogers and throughout the Northwest Arkansas region.
