United Bank is pleased to announce that Rebecca Duncan has been promoted to Retail Operations Manager.
Duncan joined United Bank in 2017 as a Financial Services Representative at the Joyce location in Fayetteville. In 2018 she was promoted to her most recent role, Retail Operations Coordinator.

Duncan attended college at Arkansas State University for nursing and business administration. Rebecca serves as a board member for the non-profit organization L.I.F.E Prep – a professional mentorship organization targeting 9th-12th grade students in Northwest Arkansas. She is a mentor for Har-Ber High School’s Mentorship Program in Springdale. Rebecca also serves on the Bank’s Perks and Recreation Committee, which focuses on talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement.
