United Bank is pleased to announce Lauren Richmond has joined the lending team as a Commercial Loan Assistant.

Richmond previously worked in real estate and made the switch to the lending side of real estate transactions as a Mortgage Loan Assistant at Centennial Bank.

When asked about her career, Richmond stated “Being a residential real estate agent in my pre-banking life brings a different perspective to lending having worked with buyers to secure primary residences, investment properties and lake homes. Commercial lending has different complexities, and it is a joy getting to bring my past experiences into the commercial side of lending.”

Richmond, a University of Arkansas graduate, volunteers at the NWA Women’s Shelter and Peace at Home. She finds work-life balance through exercising, gardening and enjoying time with her family and one-year-old Sheltie, Winston.
