United Bank is excited to announce the appointment of Brittney Fletcher as the new Branch Manager of our Fayetteville location. Fletcher brings a wealth of experience from her previous role as Assistant Branch Manager at Citizens Bank in Batesville, where she was recognized for her commitment to outstanding customer service and active community involvement.

A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, Fletcher holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Family and Consumer Science. In 2023, she further expanded her leadership capabilities by completing a year-long program, enhancing her skills in management and team development.

Fletcher has a strong track record of community engagement, having led a “Bank-in-a-School” program that introduced students to financial literacy, organized numerous food drives, and coordinated the United Way Angel Tree program for several years.

In her role at United Bank, Fletcher is eager to build strong relationships with customers in Fayetteville while fostering the growth of her team. Her focus on delivering exceptional personalized service ensures United Bank continues to be a trusted financial partner in the NWA community.

Outside of her professional life, Brittany enjoys spending quality time with her husband, attending concerts, reading, and exploring the great outdoors through hiking.
