United Bank is pleased to announce that Amber Pate has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources & Marketing.

Pate joined United Bank in 2012 as the Director of Human Resources and Marketing. Before joining United Bank, she worked in Human Resources at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art.

Pate holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management & Marketing from Arkansas Tech University. She has her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications. Amber also chairs the Bank’s Perks and Recreation Committee, which focuses on talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement.
